Shipping Policy

Puzazzled offers flat rate shipping to Canada and the United States.  All products are shipped out from my home office in the Ottawa, Canada area.  Your order is processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from purchase date. 

Domestic Shipping within Canada

The shipping method currently being used are Canada Post, GLS, and Canpar for a flat rate of $15 CDN.   All locations in Canada are covered except for the province of Quebec.

In May 2022, the Quebec government has past Bill 96 - French Language Law.  I apologize that I am not fluent in the french language and can not operate my business in the province of Quebec.

International Shipping to USA

The shipping method currently being used is Fedex for a flat rate of $15 USD.   All locations within the 50 states are covered.  Any custom taxes, duties or charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
